We have a Dometic fridge in our travel trailer that does not have temperature controls. We'd love to figure out to install a control if anyone has suggestions. We are also perplexed by the fact that our lettuce, in the very bottom of the fridge seems to keep freezing and then becomes wilted and inedibl...

Found the heater element was open. Video recorded the repair as I couldn't find anywhere the details for changing out the element. May come in handy for someone faced with the same issue. You can find the full post on my blog. Cheers Ray -- Edi...

The on/off switch on my Dometic RM2451 fridge has started intermittently not working. It's a mechanical issue in the button. If I hold it down, the fridge will stay on. I can also click it just right to get it to stick on. I would like to just bypass the switch and put in an external switch. Does anyone have...
